Kymon's Blessing

Kymon's Chosen send you after their two great enemies more than anything else — here's where all twenty bounty targets actually are, and which two the wiki flags as currently disabled.

The situation

A faction defined by who it hates

Kymon's Chosen exist to burn out two things: the Cult of Ch'thon and the Order of Death's Vigil. Read down their bounty list and that priority is obvious — nearly every target is either a cultist holed up in the Blood Grove and Ashen Waste, or a member of the Order operating out of Fort Haron and the Necropolis. There's very little on this board that isn't one or the other.

That focus makes the table easier to plan around than most, but it also means two of the zones you'll be revisiting — Fort Haron and the Necropolis — are shared hunting ground with the enemies you're actually loyal to killing. Know the zone, and most of the board falls into place.

The method

Same rules, one important caveat

01

The usual mechanics apply

Up to five bounties available at once, one active per faction at a time, and a target only becomes killable for credit once its bounty has been accepted.

02

Two bounties on this board are flagged as disabled

Malkadarr and Chthonic Seal both carry a note on the wiki that they're currently non-functional — Malkadarr's kill is tied to the Kymon's Chosen questline rather than the bounty table, and Chthonic Seal simply doesn't reliably trigger. If either shows up and won't complete, that's likely why — it isn't something you're doing wrong.

03

Fort Haron and the Necropolis carry more than their share

Four bounties route through Fort Haron and three more through the Necropolis. If you're clearing either zone for one bounty, check whether you're also holding another that overlaps — it saves a repeat trip.

The board

Where all twenty actually are

Fort Haron

  • Dreadlords — found near the entrance at Fort Haron.
  • The Death's Whisper — Ravok, inside Fort Haron.
  • The Bonespeaker — Holvuur Bonespeaker, also inside Fort Haron.
  • Igniaa Venomtongue — found just outside Fort Haron.

The Necropolis

  • Corpse-eaters — Ghoul Corpse-eaters, found in the Black Sepulcher.
  • The Withered One — Abathis, with four spawn points inside the Black Sepulcher.
  • The Bloodlord — Bloodlord Thalonis, located in the Seal of the Loghorrean.

The Blood Grove and Ashen Waste

  • Rag'Nadar — Rag'Nadar, the Great Maw, near the middle of the Ashen Waste, reached through a rift in the Blood Grove.
  • Gorgers — Chthonian Gorgers, found throughout the Blood Grove and adjoining areas.
  • Vom'Zul — a small Voidfiend hero with several spawn points in the Ashen Waste.
  • Chosen of Ch'thon — Thullon, with five spawn points around the cultist camps in the Blood Grove.
  • Chthonic Seal — a delivery bounty; the seals can be recovered from your stash or farmed in the Blood Grove, though this one is currently flagged as disabled.

The Village of Darkvale

  • Cripple the Cult — two targets: Bolvar the Bloodbinder in the Blood Grove, and Zaria the Carver at the end of the Village of Darkvale.
  • Ludia Bloodwhisper — found in the lower Village of Darkvale, with two possible spawn points.

One-off locations

  • Unravelers — a Chthonian Unraveler on the first level of the Bastion of Chaos; requires a Skeleton Key to access.
  • Blade of Ch'thon — Salazar, in the Depraved Sanctuary.
  • Zarthuzellan — Grand Priest Zarthuzellan, on floor 3 of the Steps of Torment.
  • The Amalgamation — a fleshwarped creation found in The Gruesome Harvest.
  • Malkadarr — Malkadarr, Champion of Death's Vigil, on the second level of the Tomb of Archon Barthollem beneath Fort Ikon. Currently flagged as disabled on the bounty table.

Delivery bounty

  • Ruination — a relic crafted at any Blacksmith, then turned in.

The mixup

Two spots where the board gets confusing

Malkadarr and Chthonic Seal aren't broken on your end. Both are noted as currently disabled bounties. If you accept either and can't get it to complete no matter how thoroughly you search, that's expected — Malkadarr's actual kill happens through the faction questline instead.

Fort Haron hosts targets belonging to the enemy you're fighting for. It's easy to assume a bounty naming an Order of Death's Vigil member should be near Sorrow's Bastion, since that's their headquarters. Several of them — Dreadlords, The Death's Whisper, The Bonespeaker, Igniaa Venomtongue — are specifically at Fort Haron instead, not the Order's home turf.

Summary

  1. Kymon's Chosen bounties work the same as every other faction table — five available at once, one active per faction, no credit before the bounty is accepted.
  2. Four bounties cluster around Fort Haron and three around the Necropolis — both zones tied to the Order of Death's Vigil.
  3. Five more sit in the Blood Grove and Ashen Waste, chasing down Chthonic targets.
  4. The Village of Darkvale accounts for two bounties, and five more are scattered one-off locations.
  5. Malkadarr and Chthonic Seal are both currently flagged as disabled — don't burn time troubleshooting them as if they were working normally.
