Cerrigar is Scosglen's central settlement, sitting in a region defined by its coastal moorlands and its long, uneasy relationship with the Coven — the witches whose hedge-magic traditions run through the area's side content.
It serves as the practical hub for exploring Scosglen, much as Kyovashad does for Fractured Peaks.
