Zaralek Caverns is a vast underground expanse beneath the Dragon Isles, home to the dracthyr's Isolation Ward and a fresh eruption of primal fire elemental activity tied to the Incarnate Xy'mox and the Djaradin. It was added as a content-patch zone during the Dragonflight expansion, expanding the Isles' story downward instead of outward.
Its glowing fungal fields and fire-scarred caverns make it one of the more visually striking additions to the Isles, and its story ties directly into the ongoing fight against the corrupted primal incarnates introduced earlier in the expansion.
