Zandalar is the ancestral homeland of all trolls, seat of the Zandalari Empire and once the most powerful troll civilization on Azeroth. Battle for Azeroth brought the Horde here to secure the Zandalari's allegiance, on rich, distinct zones like Zuldazar, Nazmir, and Vol'dun.
The zone's story is as much about the Zandalari's own internal politics and the legacy of the loa as it is about the Horde-Alliance war unfolding around it, giving trolls their first real spotlight in years.
