Notes
Northrend is the frozen birthplace of the Scourge, dominated by Icecrown Citadel and the Frozen Throne where the Lich King ruled. Wrath of the Lich King sent players here to end Arthas Menethil's reign once and for all, across zones like Dragonblight, Grizzly Hills, and the Storm Peaks.
It's also home to the titan city of Ulduar and the Blue Dragonflight's watch over it — Northrend's questlines tie the Scourge's origin directly back to the Old Gods and the titans' original efforts to contain them.
