Backstory
Cragstone grew up around its quarries, a walled settlement of miners and prospectors who learned early to fortify against what the surrounding hills and tunnels turned loose. Its defenses are as much a part of the town as its ore carts.
Kaldor spent long stretches working the routes between Cragstone and the wilds, trading sword-work for passage and coin as the town's mining crews pushed further into contested ground.
